1) What Tronisia is
Tronisia is a fashion community app that allows users to upload fashion videos and descriptions, browse user-generated content, and engage with others by liking, commenting, and sharing.
2) Information we collect
We collect information from you, from your device, and from your use of the Service.
- Account information: name (if provided), username, email address.
- User content: videos, photos/images, captions, descriptions, comments, and other content you submit.
- Customer support: messages and any information you choose to provide.
- Device & diagnostics: device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and performance data.
- Usage analytics: interactions, screens viewed, session duration, feature performance.
- Location (optional): precise or approximate, only when you allow.
- Cookies & similar tech: login sessions and preference storage (may include web beacons).
3) Photo / face information (no biometrics)
We do not perform facial recognition and we do not collect or infer biometric identifiers (such as faceprints) for identification purposes. Photos and videos you upload are treated as user content and are processed only to provide the features you use.
We do not use your photos or videos for advertising targeting, and we do not use them to train marketing profiles.
4) Optional "Generate" / AI-assisted processing (user controlled)
If you choose to use a one-time generation feature (e.g., uploading image/text to produce an output), your inputs are processed on Tronisia’s own servers under our control, are not shared with third parties for that processing, and are deleted immediately after processing is completed (except as needed to deliver the output you requested).
You remain in control: you decide whether to upload and whether to generate or publish any content. We do not use uploaded inputs for training models or for marketing purposes.
5) How we use information
- Provide & maintain: account creation, login, content delivery, community interactions.
- Personalize: remember preferences and improve relevance of content.
- Improve: analytics, debugging, feature and performance enhancements.
- Security: fraud prevention, abuse detection, policy enforcement.
- Support: respond to requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Legal: comply with lawful requests and regulatory obligations.
6) How we disclose / share information
We disclose information only as necessary and consistent with this policy:
- With your consent.
- With service providers that process data on our instructions (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting, support tooling), using appropriate safeguards.
- For legal and safety reasons (lawful requests, security, fraud, rights protection).
- For business transfers (e.g., merger or acquisition), with protections applied.
We apply a minimum-necessary approach to disclosures.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the Effective Date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or by other means.
